We’ve owned holiday flats in Margate for many years and decided to open them up to guests who appreciate comfort, modern interiors and great locations. Starting with The Penthouse in 2018, then The Duplex in 2019, and later the Compact Coastal Crib in Littlestone, each property offers something a little different — but all are clean, stylish and well equipped.

The Penthouse – Margate 1 bedroom • Sleeps up to 4 • Gated parking • Air conditioning A modern apartment just two minutes from the sea, with wraparound balconies and secure gated parking. Perfect for couples, but also suitable for small families thanks to the sofa bed, high chair and cot. Limited sea views but an excellent base for exploring Margate’s Old Town, Turner Contemporary, restaurants and beaches.

The Duplex – Cliftonville 2 bedrooms • Sleeps up to 6 • Outdoor deck • Air conditioning Set on a quiet road in trendy Cliftonville, The Duplex is only a short walk from the high street and 10–15 minutes from the beach and Margate centre. Spread over two floors, it sleeps up to six and includes an outdoor deck, high-quality bedding, smart TVs, an iPad for Netflix in the king bedroom and tea/coffee facilities in both bedrooms — ideal for families or groups wanting space and comfort.

The Compact Coastal Crib – Littlestone, New Romney Modern seaside bolthole A small but thoughtfully designed coastal escape with everything you need, including air conditioning. A great choice for couples or solo guests wanting a quiet break near the beach.
