About the Accommodation

Built on the success of 'The Penthouse Margate' (Luxury Penthouse, Gated Parking, Balcony and Beach), we proudly introduce our brand new, 2 bedroomed spacious, designer Duplex Apartment with outside space, 2 minutes to the shops and next to Dane Park. 10 min walk to The Margate Old Town and Beach. We go above and beyond other hosts by providing so many little extras that make a visit so memorable. Things like our complimentary Mini Bar, free continental breakfast, freshly cooked bread, gift baskets, skin care bar and much more included in your stay. We are truly unique with our offering and our aim is to wow every single guest.

The Duplex is a quiet garden facing Duplex Apartment (over two floors with no one above). The property has a fabulous brand new fully-sized luxury fitted kitchen with solid wood countertops, a large kitchen Island with integral hob and ceiling extractor; wall mounted double oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Dualit toaster and Nespresso coffeemaker (with free pods). There is access to an Iron and hand held steam crease remover for clothes. There is a relaxing outside deck area leading from the lounge with rattan furniture and pretty lights for evening drinks utilising our complimentary minibar. Our King Size bedroom has an 8ft wall headboard with inset led lights, a superb 1000 pocket thick mattress (which can be made up as single beds with a zip and link feature), an iPad for Netflix or to control the Phillips Hue colour changing mood lights and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a Hollywood lit mirror and dressing table with some free Clarins samples for the ladies! There is also a similar garden facing double bedroom; consisting of the same mattress (double), and tea/coffee making facilities.

Breakfast consists of bread, eggs, cereals (porridge, muesli and boxed cereals), orange juice, milk, tea/coffee, herbal teas, hot chocolate, biscuits, jams and honey along with other treats are included, free of charge! Please note that there will be some building works next door up until February Monday to Friday only.
